Well the time is here, if you haven't done your homework, there is no sense in cramming for this test. For all of you who have....prepare for an AWESOME RACE!!!!!!!! Thought I would throw a poll out there for everyone just to see how you are feeling as these last couple of days creep by, the nerves start so come and the taper is in full swing....

I am about as ready as I can be considering. I have a tight calf muscle that I just can't seem to loosen up. And of course with it being tight like that it is causing a shin splint. So in my case it looks like it will be a painful run.
