Racing the full distance, looking for a place to sleep the night prior near the hilton so I can catch a ride on the bus in the morning. If it is a hotel I will split the cost and gladly sleep on the floor.

Erik,
I have a room at the Sunspree. As long as you don't snore I would be happy to split the cost of the room. Two queen size beds so no need to sleep on the floor.

Make sure you've got a reservation for the bus. I think its full and they have a waiting list now.
